WEB HOSTING

The hosting services used serve to provide the following services: infrastructure, computing power, storage and database functions, security services, technical services for e.g. maintenance and security, which are used in the context of the operation of the online offer.

Here we or our hosting service provider collect contact and inventory data, contract data, usage data, content data, meta and communication data of customers, interested parties and visitors of this offer based on our interests in a secure and efficient provision of this online offer according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO in conjunction with Art. 28 DSGVO (conclusion of contract processing agreement).

RECORDING OF LOG FILES AND ACCESS DATA

We, respectively our hosting service provider, raise on the basis of our interests in the sense of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO data about every access to the server on which the services are located (so-called server log files). The access data includes the name of the website accessed, the date and time of access, which file, the amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser variant with version number, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address, the user’s operating system and the requesting Internet service provider.

Logfile-info will be saved for security reasons (e.g. to clear up fraud and misuse) for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Data that require further storage for evidentiary purposes are excluded from deletion for the time being until the incident in question has been finally clarified.

COOKIES

Like many other websites, we also use so-called “cookies”. Cookies are small text files that are transferred to your hard drive from a website server. Through this we automatically receive certain data such as IP address, browser used, operating system and your connection to the Internet.

To display our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google Web fonts are cached in your browser to prevent multiple downloads. If the browser does not support Google Web Fonts or prevents access, content will be displayed in a default font.

Calling script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. It is theoretically possible – although it is currently unclear whether and for what purposes – that operators of such libraries collect data.
