The wines are produced and developed according to the motto: “preserve the old and open up to the new”. produced and developed. Beside the classical grape varieties, such as Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, White Burgundy, Grey Burgundy, Scheurebe, Pinot Noir, Dornfelder, Portuguese and Saint Laurent the family experiment with the new: Regent and Cabernet blanc as an interspecific grape variety, Chardonnay fermented in barrique barrels, various Cuveés ,feel-good wine “ULRUBERA” produced according to a special prescription… And all this in vegan organic quality!
The best is drawn on bottles and sold to private customers, specialized trade and Gastronomy sold.
The wines are certified organic since the 2013 harvest and the bottles carry the label “organic wine, vegan”.
